The pulse of physics - Cristian Presură in Luxembourg!

RoKultur Association had the pleasure to invite physicist Cristian Presură. He dialogued with the Romanian-speaking public in Luxembourg and its surroundings about education, inventiveness, space and much more. The dialogue was moderated by Mihai Ciobanu.

Cristian Presură is a renowned Romanian physicist, researcher and inventor, currently a researcher at Philips. He is the inventor of the optical sensor that measures the pulse in smart watches and at the same time a tireless promoter of science for all. Cristian Presură can be found on YouTube, on Spotify as well as in the print media, where he explains the complex concepts of science and addresses the most varied and interesting themes for today's man. He is the author of several volumes to popularise science and his work ‘Physics narrated’ was awarded the Romanian Academy Prize for Physics ‘Stefan Procopiu’ in 2014.
